Startup Valuation Consultant needed

We have a Fintech idea that connects borrowers to lenders in real estate. We have a pitch deck and a financial model, a CTO who is going to make the website and we are talking with lawyers right now to draft up operating agreements with the founders and btwn us and the CTO and btwn the company and the investors. We have successfully gotten $50,000 from an investor to build the website and for other consulting/legal work we may need. We initially offered that investor 10%, we feel this may have been too much after speaking with some people in Tech. We can go over the financial model and business plan with you and we are looking to speak with a consultant over the phone to discuss the project and what we should look to raise and the equity we should be giving away in this pre-seed round. Looking essentially for advisory on presenting to further investors, our valuation, and the equity we will need to give away.
