ECOMMERCE MANAGER -- 2

Hi, this is probably left field to what you currently do but thought I would also look on Fiverr for people that might see this as an opportunity and have the skills to performs such a role. I require a “hands-on” ecommerce Manager that has an exceptional broad knowledge, skills and experience of the ecommerce industry. The role will have responsibilities to work in and on the business whilst being able to employ, train and manage suitable staff in full-time and part-time roles as required. Management, team building & leadership skills to get the best out of staff, to scale and drive revenue, reduce costs and produce acceptable profits from each online ecommerce platform. Reporting and analytical analysis of all aspects of the business will be a requirement along with an ability to produce strategic & business plans. Ecommerce agencies who can show that they have staff with skills & experience with ecommerce platforms & tasks and can provide Project Management of the process will be considered. A good broad understanding of the following ecommerce platforms will be required so that these skills can be utilized to support existing VA’s and programs. If any applicants do not have the knowledge of some of these platforms they will still be considered provided they are suitably skilled with most: • Affiliate Marketing of digital & physical products & Facebook Groups. • Amazon PL and Amazon Wholesale. • Shopify (now moving to a new platform under GrooveDigital) Dropshipping. • POD. • An excellent knowledge of ecommerce marketing & advertising methods. • An excellent understanding of analytics and able to report on these. I require a decision maker that has attitudes that will drive them to do what is absolutely necessary to achieve the outcomes, discuss new opportunities, maintain their knowledge of new and cutting edge market changes. This is an opportunity for any applicant that loves the e-commerce world and has a very broad knowledge and prepared to do the hard yards and be a hands-on manager. The initial task will be to review the current programs and produce a strategy/plan to improve, develop or scale these whilst providing the strategy for goals and targets (including action plans).
