Uploading files Application

Hello there, I am seeking a programmer to build a web page that allows me to drag and drop files on a web browser from my computer and create a directory on the web server, and copy the files to that directory. Example: The same way a person would transfer a folder from drive C to drive B or E. This application must be capable of uploading multiple files at the same time. It must be extremely user friendly, and fast. In other words, I would like it to be built so that it requires minimal work from myself. In other words, a drag of a mouse!! This application must use Http protocol, and not FTP. Conditions to be hired: 1) You absolutely must have Skype and be able to speak in English over skype. You must have msn set up as well so we can communicate. Skype is a must! 2) You must have experience working with Ajax and asp.net VB Please note: I currently have 9 projects posted on this site, and I have programmer's that can't keep up with all the work I have for them, because I have so many of ongoing jobs. I'm hoping that i will meet someone who i can develop a long term business relationship with, because I have many ongoing programming projects. Thanks for taking them time to read my post. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This platform must Http protocol not FTP.
