Supplier Sourcing - Cotton promotional bags in India - repost

We need to find the right supplier for a promotional activity we are managing on behalf of a big italian bread industry. We would like to find one supplier for the whole portfolio of gadgets. We ask the freelancer to: - Ask for quotation to several suppliers - Compile a shortlist (5) of big and reliable indian suppliers that can handle the project, all of those suppliers must have high reputation and proximity to our price targets. - Help us on optimizing product details (cotton weigh, origin, certifications etc.) - Draw a profile of few suppliers we are already in contact with. Reliability and reputation. - Help us on understanding possible pitfalls on the production / logistic process - If we are satisfied of the job we may ask the freelancer to support us on the whole production process. The promotional activity will include several gadgets, all of those gadgets will be cotton/jute accessories for kitchen or shopping. >50.000 pcs each. We already have clear how the products should look like and we have technical details. You can find all the details in the attached file.
