Hello! I have wide experience in developing automotive systems. I can create PCB design according your requirements. My preferable microcontrollers are Microchip PIC. It is possible to use something like PIC16F886 or 887. Thermometer sensor can be like DS18B20. I have good experience in prototyping, so it is possible to build prototype too. I have much experience with layouts involving LCD modules and AVR microcontrollers. Transistors as relays are no problem given that it is known to be a switched hot or switched ground setup to be controlled.
