We have an existing enclosure about 320x200x88 mm made from cut, bent and welded sheet metal (aluminium) and a milled and drilled aluminium heatsink. We now need to make some smaller modifications, specifically: - Small increase in height of Aluminum box, from 68 mm to 71 mm - Increase edge 2 mm for better sealing between enclosure and heatsink - Modify design of mounting brackets to two horizontal sheet metal strips welded on back of enclosure, screw holes changed to keyhole style. c-c 220 mm - Additional recessed feature to be milled on bottom of heatsink - Add part numbers and correct part names to all drawings - Swap positions for connector holes - Add fasteners and painting to drawing MA00233 New names, revisions and part numbers: - MA00220, Rev A02, SSO Heatsink (Material: MP00221, Fischer 1009983) - MP00222, Rev A01, Heat spacer (Material: Al 6082) - MP00223, Rev A02, SSO Casing (Material: Sheet metal Al, 2 mm) - MP00232, Rev A01, SSO mounting bracket (Material: sheet metal Al, 2 mm) - MA00233, Rev A02, SSO Casing Assembly Deliverables: - Updated SolidWorks parts and assembly (total 5 pcs) - Updated Drawings (total 5 pcs) for parts on new drawing template - Updated Step files for three parts (total 4 pcs)
