hi we are a school , who has more than branch, providing educations for refugees , we would like to build a simple website or web application or whatever make it more easier and secure than the googlesheets we used the idea is to give every branch the excel file format and the fill it with the students data usually its 2 type of data , student information & student score ,, each student will have at leaset 40 field in each file , so about 80 data filed for each student or row , data are picture,numbers,text,.. each branch will have a bout 1000 student (row )max so far there is 15 branch . the aim is to get data instantly in order to prepare for exams or anything related . so there will be a user for each school to add and edit data for branch an account for general supervisor who can access reports , filtered by school name or grade or year or,, by any filed of the data , an admin user (super user ) who can add users and assign permissions of course will be conditions for some fields like phone numbers ,social security number or more to reduce wrong information entry cold be done in later stages . now the goal is , to let schools upload thier data , and let supervisors get reports and stats and also get help from parents to review and send data change request in case they found wrong info in their child file or have new address of phone no. after this , we can work together in an upgrade and development later search shuold be always easy , filters , mobile friendly of course we will provide our domain , host and database later to move the app to , our host is Linux ,php , sql server ,,, not Windows here is a screen shot of what we are using now , google sheets , the encoding should be utf-8 there will be english and Arabic characters so its the best . please ask if i missed anything , again , target for this stage , just make data base with required fields , and read it with deterrent permit ions and also edit it ...
