I would like to hire a WordPress Developer

Need a front end developer to help me debug some things that have happened in my theme. I'm using the VideoPro theme and have been customizing it to my needs (So it's not pretty yet...). There is a modal that uses an AJAX form, however, the user can hit the 'submit' button and the modal will close but keep the errors in the form. It redirects to the page it's supposed to redirect to and when you open the modal again, the form is there in the same state (form isn't cleared). Requirement: 1. Keep the form open if there are errors with the form (Contact Form 7 is used). Wishlist (I would like these things as well, we can discuss these further and compensation would be discussed as well.) I would like to add some validation to the form (Not sure if this is possible since the theme utilizes contact form 7 and adds their functionality to it) that can check for the following: Wishlist: a. If the file size uploaded is more than the max file size (I would like an error after they choose the file, not after they hit 'submit', as CF7 already does this). b. If the thumbnail image uploaded is a certain height/width (like 150x150) and file size (again, I would like the error message to occur after choosing the file, not after submit). c. I want to change icon after submit and add logic. Right now, the user would be unsure of the progress of their upload. I need a progress bar of the upload status, not just a loading icon.
