Unfortunately you developed the website in the worst way possible, the only thing you can do is use plugins and those might or might NOT help you at all, they might break your site but you need to try them. If you already did and they did not worked, the only way to speed up this site is for you to develop custom code. I noticed at least 75 JavaScript files, the most JavaScript files I use for a heavy site like this are like 6 and you are at 75 or perhaps more, pretty much you are on a difficult situation.
