PLEASE READ COMPLETELY! Yesterday I had someone move my Wordpress site but the propagation did not work correct. I need it either fixed or just start over but the site must work exactly as it was on my old host. My website is hosted with the Company who built my site. They refuse to give me FTP access so I need someone who can move my site using a plugin, something like duplicator? I would first want a backup of the site done Then the site needs to be moved to the new hosting provider I will give cpanel access to the new hosting provider Once the transfer is complete, I will change the nameservers and verify. I need this done right away.

Hi, You had issues because of the plugin. Actually transferring through plugin is not straight forward and as you don't have ftp of old host then this is the only option. So it will take a bit of time to do this correctly but yes it will be done. I can start working on this right now.
