Wordpress pledge/count/display page

I require a basic pledge counter that will then also display totals. A basic guide is the following domain [login to view URL] I'm using a wordpress based website. I have the code for the above website, but I cannot/don't have the skills to make it work with a wordpress page. Here is the code dropped into the wordpress page [login to view URL] I can supply the code so you have a base to work from. For an expert I'm certain this will be a minimal amount of work! Simply dropping the code into the page - displays the right things, but it doesn't function, so I assume there's some basic code that needs amend/update with new values. If we can keep the code really clean (!) as I have basic grasp of HTML and CSS, so I can adjust that easily, I simply need the functioning part to work! Please take a look at the above webpage. Basically, keep all the elements and strip of any styling bar keeping it looking the same and then everything full width ( so it is all centred on desktop, and thus re-sized easily on mobile view) See attached image - this is basically what the current code shows. Need it to work and be centre aligned full width as some of the other elements ( i.e submit button and table) . I'm certain it's tweaking the code a little bit!
