Woocommerce Plugin for quote products separation needed

Woocommerce plugin needed to allow the following: Ability to select which products are available for purchase online and which are only available for quotation. Basically I need to have woo commerce split into 2 sections - 1 where admin can set which products are actually “for sale”, and a page that displays only these products (lets call this the shop section). Another where they list the products but the prices aren’t visible. This displays on a separate section (so they won’t be displayed together. Lets call this the quote section). Users can then select items from the quote section, add it to their Enquiry Basket, and then “checkout” with their enquiry basket. The admin will then get this notification, can go into the backend, update the product prices if necessary and click send quote. This then sends a quote to the user with the prices. The normal shop section displays and functions like normal (except it has a shopping cart, not an enquiry basket). The products will be supplied to you in a cvs format and you will need to import them (and the various variations).
