Twilio 2 Way MMS Messaging App / Connection to Infusionsoft

I need a mobile responsive 2-way messaging app utilizing Twilio to send sms/mms with clients and potential clients. App will be able to manually send a message by entering number and message and hitting send or be able to automatically send text messages via HTTP Post from Infusionsoft. To do this you'd have a pre-written SMS/MMS in the application with a saved post url. This would use merge tags from the HTTP Post to personalize the text. Coder needs to have Infusionsoft experience. Also would like to be able to trigger it via Zapier. From there users would be able to see all their conversations and either archive them, or keep them active. If it was a new incoming text you would have the opportunity to save the user into Infusionsoft. All messages back and fourth would be recorded as notes in infusionsoft. Software would need to be able to easily add user accounts and sub accounts. A user account would then fill in all their own Twilio information and Infusionsoft information. Subaccounts would be users under another user and would be part of their team. Conversations could easily be moved between team members in the app, allowing for users to send conversations to the proper person while maintaining the same SMS #.
