Start-up CTO / Web Developer [eSports/Crypto]

We're an eSports tournament and media platform currently focused on crypto based games. I'm looking for a talented web developer to be the first team member whilst we prove the business model and hit growth targets. The team would be entirely remote and the role would initially be part-time. The role would consist of advising on technical direction, architecture, development (front/back), db management etc. We already have an MVP responsive web platform in a basic LAMP (PHP) stack, coded partially by myself. The role is advertised to try and free up my time to focus on other areas of the business. The person would be expected to respond to issues based on severity, other than that the development schedule can be very flexible based around your schedule. Communication would be through our community Discord with code maintained on Github and tasks through Trello. Ideally the person would have an entrepreneurial/business mindset and be open to taking on additional responsibility for the technical direction of the business on success. Essential skills - PHP - HTML - CSS - Hosting expertise - Necessary hardware & software to fulfil the requirements of the role (inc mic/cam for communication) Preferable - Web sockets - APIs - Basic English - Experience using Github, Trello & Discord - Business minded - eSports experience/enthusiasm - Crypto experience/enthusiasm - Start-up experience/enthusiasm This role is initially on a remote part-time contractual basis. However on success the option to move into a full-time role with equity may be available. Lets go for the moon!
