Speed up load time of WordPress site

My findings are: - Apache has mod_bwlimited enabled as stated in server response headers, no matter how mod_bwlimited is configured, it's main purpose is to limit bandwidth - the total of requests made to server by browser is 188. There are 36 css files and 33 js files. All the js files on your server may be combined and compressed. We can combine and compress css files as well. There is wordpress plugin doing that.
