I need a simple site laid out and implemented in php code. i have the photoshop files already. must look good in both desktop and mobile versions. this site will be about 5 pages and one of those will be a contact form that will send the correct person on our staff an email, but it will also be a database driven contact system, to where all the info is submitted to database. There will be more added to this site, as we progress, but for now, we just need to get our basics up so that people can see a site and not a coming soon page. You will first develop this on your host and send me url for testing. Then when all looks good, you will send source code in a zip file for upload to our server. All pages must have the header file and footer file called to the page. When we have to change urls, we will ONLY change the header and footer files and it will appear across every page. If you dont understand how to include these as include files, then you are not the right person for the job. All Payment is released at the same time and nothing before. We will accept your bid, and not more. So do not ask what our budget is. You will be chosen accordingly, and the amount you will be paid is your bid amount, so bid carefully. Payment released when all source code deliverables have been inspected by our security team, for flaws, back doors, etc.
