Seeking a calendar software guru to develop calendar-based site/service

I am looking for someone who has 'deep' experience with calendar programs. I have a website for a service that I would like to offer shared but editable/personalized calendars (i.e., a set of events that a user has the choice whether to keep or dismiss from their own calendar). Currently the calendars are standard shared calendars hosted within Google calendars, the website is Jimdo (a CMS/website builder) and the user information is captured with Jotform (embedded in Jimdo). I need a developer who can design and build the following functionality: 1. User completes a registration form (currently Jotform hosted within Jimdo) 2. Creation of a personalised calendar/series of events based on user selections in the form (currently within Google calendar) 3. Send personalised calendar/series of events to user/the user's own calendar client (iOS, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar). The calendar/series of events needs to be EDITABLE by the user. 4. Registration confirmation with selections sent to user (either with auto-responder, Mailchimp, or Zapier) (You can see [login to view URL] for the flow described above.) Questions/issues that I would like the developer to consider/answer: 1. Is Google calendar the best software to use to host/create the calendars, or is there a better platform/solution? 2. How to ensure that the series of events/calendars successfully land user-side (I've had some experiences with calendar invitations sent from the Google-based calendar not being received) 3. Would there be any way to track with analytics the user behavior with their events/personalized calendar? In your proposal please detail your experience and provide any examples of calendar-related work if possible. I would be happy to start with business analysis (exploring and assessing alternatives based on what I'm trying to achieve) before doing any development, if that would make the most sense.
