Redesign a 90 page website in wordpress.

I have 90 pages of a website (not a blog, but a services company website) that I need SCRAPED, and then REDESIGNED and put into wordpress. ...and the must look good on mobile and desktop and the site has to be very fast. Most pages are 500-1500 words, and have different sections within them, so EACH Page will need some work, it's not an easy export/import, many pages will need "tweaks" in the design. Once that project it done, then I'll want to do the same with the website's blog, and some other pages as well, but this job is for strictly 90 pages of an existing site, but the winner may be offered further work after this project to redesign and move the blog and other pages. If you want to apply for this project, put the word "frog" in your response, or I will not even consider you. Please have been a member here for over a year, and have at least 10 project completed, where the total of those 10+ projects is over $3000 (I'm seeking a real person with real experience). I don't want the same current design, so I'm seeking someone with design and usability skills as well. Having the site score above 90 on google page speed insights is VERY important to us. This project is not an "import into a new wordpress theme and publish" project. The site will also need to be restructured, and navigation will need to be edited, etc. Once accepted, first I want you to provide a few design choices to choose from, then go go go. There will be very very little feedback from me. I will look at a few things, but I expect you to do the work without bothering me with a million questions, my answer will always be "do what you think is best" - I'll give my feedback later, but don't let me slow you down. I'd like this project completed in 2-4 weeks. How long will it take you to complete this project? (if you don't tell me, I won't choose you). Feel free to show me URL's that you designed, but if you do, expect me to contact them to ask about you. The faster you complete this project, the bigger a bonus I will give you. Lastly, please Tell me why I should consider you? (give me a personalized sales pitch) (yes, seriously). I don't want quick cheap templated work, so please don't give me a quick cheap templated answer to this question. I may also award 2 winners, and (of course) I'll pay both, and the one who does better may get future work. oh, and don't send me a chat message. I'm happy to chat with those I'm working with, but I don't want chats as sales pitches / bid proposals, please. If I can find someone who I like (someone who give good prices & good work & and can do things quickly), I have several more design projects that I need done after this project.
