USERS - Register Account - Short Profile (Includes full time spot games they belong to, and upcoming spare spots requested/confirmed.) - Request Full-Time spot in Games - Request Spare spot in Games ADMIN - Create Game Managers - Create Games - Assign a Game Manager to Games. - Has all same permissions as Game Managers. GAME MANAGERS - Control Game rosters. (Add/Delete/Edit players) Ability to list as spare or full time. - Send broadcast email for spare spots in game. - Approves spare spot requests. GAMES - Games are usually same time every week. - Once game has been played, it deletes all spares off list, and adds back original roster. (not sure if possible, see below) For example: Player 1 (Fulltime) Player2 (Fulltime) Plater3 (Fulltime) - Player 3 calls in sick, won't make the game. - Game manager removed Player3 from roster. - Spares email is sent out. (Optional on "Remove Player") - Users get email with link, come to site to request spare spot after logging in. - Game manager approves/denies players who requested spare spot. - Roster shows spare player on list now. Player 1 (Fulltime) Player2 (Fulltime) PlayerGuy1 (Spare) - Game is played. - Roster is reset for next week.
