Poker League Joomla Component

I need a poker league manager for a club website. Please read the description carefully. I will need you to be on point with the budget. It needs to be a joomla component (3.4-3.6) to work with my events component. Features of the poker league manager component The events component takes care of user registration, bookings and payments. If a user has registered true the events component it should be shown in the poker league component. The user is then handled as a registered player. If the user has paid for the event true paypal or offline payment he becomes an active player in the poker league component and will play the event (tournament). A user can be busted from the tournament providing points. Sometimes players can enter a tournament more then once (re-entry event). When players plays more then 1 time in the event only best result counts for poker league and super league points. Last players receive a cash prize from the total prize pool. The prize pool is the price of the event - fee x players. The amount a player wins at what place can be set manually. Every player gets a player page where he/she can add, delete an avatar picture. In the player page he can see: Tournaments he has registered and played, points earned in different tournaments and leagues. Player page can be visited by other players. Component can show results of Super League, Poker League, Tournaments A Super League consists out of different Poker Leagues, all points from the Poker Leagues of the same player is counted together in the super league. There is only 1 super league. A Poker League consists out of different Tournaments, all points from the tournaments of the same player is counted together is the Poker League. There can be different Poker Leagues. A Tournament consists out of players playing with a Clock over different Levels. Every player who finished in the tournament gets points for the tournament part of a poker league. The levels have a certain duration (for example 20 minutes), small & big blind value and breaks between levels. Breaks do not have small & big blinds values. The Clock is shown full screen and shows basic information. How many players registered, how many players remaining, how many players re-entry, what is the small and big blind value, how many time left on the level, last player to bust, prizemoney, points. When budget is according we will provide layout design if needed and online support. We do not need the unique rights to the component. You may re-sell online after creation.
