phpflickr modification

this project builds upon the phpflickr build and customizes some code i have to grab an rss feed and display it in a slideshow i have. if you know PHP well, this should be a piece of cake. I will need you to customize this code to create a custom xml file that loops through and generates all the photo links for the album in the slideshow based on the tags assigned in FLICKR. Currently the code that i have pulls the flickr SETS and not filtered on the tags associated. PHPflickr has these variables available to customize and it shoud be an easy mod if you read the code. The code should generate the custom xml based on the tags assigned to the photos in flickr. it should also use variables that i can hard code in a config file that is already created to assign an image to the tags used in the album for its album image. Currently it pulls the main image in flickr and uses it as the album image. but the problem is that it includes this image in the album also and i do not want that. the image should be the album image and not in the slideshow. the slideshow code supports this and this just needs to coded as a variable in the xml file creation. I will supply the code to customize when i choose a coder. like i said, thsi is an easy project for any experienced PHP coder. phpFlickr has everything there, you just need to customize one php page and add some code to it so that it dynamically creates this cached xml page.
