PHP script to read email and trigger SMS via Twilio SMS service -- 3

I have an existing PHP script that runs on a cron job every one minute in shared hosting account with CPANEL. One the same shared hosting account server with CPANEL, I have an email account. My script is located in folder "/public_html/script/[login to view URL]" (example) I also receive emails on the same server, the emails automatically come into the folder "mail/new" HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: 1. update the script which runs on a cron job everyone minute to check the folder "mail/new" new emails for new files(emails) that appeared in the last 2 minutes (the email content is txt) and search inside the file(s) for a keyword. For example keyword = "missing called 8185551212" if the keyword exists, then trigger the twillio SMS sending script. 2. I already have the Twilio SMS PHP sending script on the same server. AND IT WORKS!!!!. Just make your script send an SMS to 8185551212 with a specific message. "Example: sorry we missed you call" 3. keep the phone numbers (example 8185551212) in a db table, so you never send the same message to the same number more than once. THATS IT! All in all this is a 2-6 hours job for someone with PHP exprience. and I will help you as well remotely. Requirements - you need to be smart, fast, and easy to work with. - you need to be able to demo to me the app via audio and screen share. - I dont care if you english is not good. I can understand most accents :) - we need to talk during USA hours Los Angeles Hours from 9am to 6pm.... - i will do 100% escrow.
