needed fresh design and full featured script for my current classifieds website.

my current site : [login to view URL] and want to transfer its data to new designed site if possible. 1. homepage design should be like: [login to view URL] and in home sub categories should be similar to [login to view URL] 2. listing page design like : [login to view URL] 3. single ad design like : [login to view URL] OR you can check single ad page on [login to view URL] thats also fine with features like quikr. 4. post ad page like : [login to view URL] with multiple pictures upload with one time selection (not 1 by 1 uploading only) all basic features should be there like ; 1. user registration, verification email, social login (fb, twitter, google plus) 2. admin should have all control on users activities and ads etc. 3. chat system between seller and buyer (admin will be able to enable this feature for premium users or specific users or disable it) 4. admin should be able to send emails to all users or specific area users (if admin wants to send UAE users an email about anything, he should be able to do it OR to specific categories posters) 5. admin should allow and block specific words or ads/posts and should be able to allow or block specific areas users. 6. there should be bulk email sending system in admin panel where admin can send an email from admin or on behalf of any other advertiser to specific area users / specific categories users. 7. There should be Chatrooms created by admin for specific categories where buyers / sellers can join and buy/sell/swap there stuff and share there stuff in public room with pics and details or in private chat and chatrooms should be good looking with awsome features like yahoo had before, and all data, chat, and shared stuff record should be safe in admin panel even voice and video chats should be recorded for security reasons, and admin should be able to make Chatrooms premium or free and make plans for chat (plan a; for text chat only , plan b; for text chat plus files/photos sharing , plan c; plan c with full access of audio video chat and all features) 8. admin should be able to create unlimited fields and forms for ad listing or user registration. 9. admin should be able to enable / disable mobile verification. 8. there should be option to get registered with official ID, real Address, Personal Photo and other details of a users (and admin should be able to enable or disable these verification steps) 9. as mentioned above, there should be free users option or premium / paid users options and admin should be able to set different grades for users. 10. Post an ad page should be in one page with multi pictures upload system and beautiful design like [login to view URL] etc. 11. site should be users friendly / responsive 12. there should be best filters for all kinds of searchs with best attractive design. 13. there should be specific AD posting option for people who are looking for services in town (like if i need a service , i should be able to post ads for my required services under specific categories like [login to view URL] etc 14. site should be able to accept google adsense, google analytics, and other best plugins for best results and it should be ready with best possible off-page and on-page seo. 15. site should be ready for multiple countries and there famous cities and admin should be able to enable or disable for specific countries. these are some required services and designs are mentioned above to take idea from them. munirette [login to view URL]
