Need a Stripe Developer ***Note; Generic Automated Proposals Will Be Rejected.

I am wanting to develop a web based solution for business owners to charge their customers from a web browser on their phone. I have attached mockup screenshot to show the rough flow of the page. 1/ Store owner can enter in the amount of the service that the customer is purchasing. ( The app will automatically add a processing fee of '3% plus $5' to whatever amount the store owner wants to charge the customer - this way the fee's are being charged to the customer only, not the store. This fee is intended to cover the 1.75% + 30c charged by Stripe, plus my fee. Fees will change but this is just a placeholder to explain the idea of the website. ) 2/ Store owner hands their phone or tablet to the customer to make payment. 3/ Customer enters their card details for the payment. But now it gets complicated - Once the payment information is entered, when the customer hits the 'Pay Now' button, I need the system to perform some magic; I need the overall transaction amount to be broken up and divided into multiple smaller transactions which consist of different percentages of the overall price, all with different references to appear on the customers credit card statement. I have attached a rough pen sketch explaining this better. The $320 amount will be payed out to the shop owners account (ideally automatically, but I can do it manually each week if needed) , and then the $14.60 in fees will remain in my Stripe account. I am not sure if it will be possible to execute this concept by having multiple products within the one Stripe account to perform the transaction - or if it would need multiple different stripe accounts each charging a certain percentage, I welcome your advice and expertise. *** The purpose of the service is to mask a customer's big ticket purchases from their statements, and prevent their partner or other people from seeing their purchases. Example 1 ; When a man buys a $1,000 engagement for his girlfriend, when she sees his credit card statement it will show multiple smaller inconspicuous transactions from various innocent business names, instead of seeing one big transaction from PRICES ENGAGEMENT RINGS for instance - essentially masking the purchase so his engagement plan can remain a surprise. Example 2 ; A man goes to the local bar for drinking session with friends, he tells his wife he's still at work. When seeing their credit card statement, his wife will see non-suspicious transactions and not see the fact that he was buying $100 worth of beer. Example 3 ; Customer wants to keep his purchases hidden from banks and lenders. So when he goes to get a bank loan, it won't show his deposits to gambling websites - rather it will just show inconspicuous purchases that don't raise any concerns. I don't need the website design or development or anything. All I require is the code that can run this task in Stripe system. All the information is there for you, please give me your accurate price in proposal - it is very frustrating when freelancers propose $100 for the job, then change it to $1000 when you respond to chat.
