In the woocommerce advance notification plugin we need the notifications be triggered off Shipping zones. When a costumer puts a zip/postal code inside his address OR IF HE HAS A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS which then takes priority, then the email notifications will trigger and sends email to the recipients assigned on that notification. You can create multiple notifications with this plugin and have different shipping zones and assign different email notifications per shipping zone! Now here's an important thing, we need to make sure we that the other shipping zones don't receive notifications. Only the shipping zones we choose gets the notification!
