Mobile App to search ebay by image

I am looking to have a Phonegap app built, that will allow a user to take a photo of an item, and then search eBay to see if the same item has been listed on there, and return the value(s) of the item(s) found. The app should be deployed on Apple and Android phones and available through the respective app stores. The app should support user registration, with the usual create user, change password functionality. For this I would like to use one of the cloud services and capture from the user - Username and password Once registered and logged on, the app should present the user the camera lens, allowing the user to select a subject and take a photo with one click. The captured image should be offered to the user, if he does not want to keep the image, he should select a delete button and be taken back to the camera lens. If he does want to keep the image, there should be a store button, and then that image should be used to search eBay, returning the matched found, with prices.
