Metatrader 4 custom API plugin

I need an MT4 plugin that serve an API to my PHP web application which is located on another server. I need a solution to enable my CRM to "talk" with the MT4 server we also own. The CRM works on Linux / Apache and is built with PHP. You will integrate everything on the MT4 side and leave me with an API to work with from the CRM server. The plugin should work like the current Metaquote's API plugin, but with some more features. Basic Features (like in the default API): - Web registration (all details including group, status, initial deposit for demos and type) - Web deposit to enter deposits from the site or CRM - Get a user history Custom options: - Withdrawn option: (like for the deposits) to execute from the CRM. - Retrive the Currently Open positions for a given userid (Very important: without need of the user's password) - Retrive the current Balance, Equity for a given userid without need of his password. - Option to open/modify/close position from the PHP application (this time with use of his password) - Option to recreate all meta reports and export them or save them to mysql or similar. Other similar features to define. I'm a professional PHP programmer, working for several Brokers, and I need a solution to fully connect the MT4 server to my PHP web application (CRM/back-office/affiliate/CMS system). Solution of different type to retrive the same info (for example replication or whatchDogs) are also welcomed. If you have any Idea please contact me.
