***PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING*** ***STRONG KNOWLEGDGE OF ASP>NET REQUIRED*** We had major issues with hiring for this in the past, so to be clear on a couple of things: - The project budget is $500, we don't have the budget to negotiate over this. Bids below are welcome. - You must review code before starting to see if you're capable of making required changes - You must replicate the mocks attached. - We will pay 50% AFTER milestone 1 is completed successfully. - The last designer made a lot of mistakes and messed up the number of designs that show. On desktop it should be 4 rows of wallpapers on mobile it should be 2. The site is [login to view URL] - it is 80% mobile traffic. The following are the four milestones: (1) Ensure the wallpapers are appearing in rows of 4 instead of 3 at the moment. (SEE ATTACHED IMAGES) (2) Ensure mobile images are appearing in rows of 2 instead of 1. (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE) (3) As per screenshots, add amazon associates, tabola & adsense code html iFrame ad units. (4) fix CMS as currently a user is unable to upload a file. (5) Add new device, iPhone 7 and connect it with CMS.
