Looking for an WORDPRESS AND PHP EXPRET - I repeat , I need an EXPERT.

Hi There, i am looking for a freelancer who is expert in Wordpress and PHP. I need someone, who can take many projects, as I have lots of works to be done. So if you are someone who is busy most of the time, please do not bid. I want someone who is reasonable on pricing. I need it to be damn cheaper. If you cant compete on price please do not bid. I want someone to be very flexible. If you are rigid, please don't bid. I want to work with a friendly freelance, if you don't smile often and are too serious, please don't bid. I want someone who can start working on my project immediately. Most of the times, i will give you sufficient time to work on a project but at times, i might need it urgently, if you are game, then bid. You should be an absolute expert in Wordpress and PHP. I need lots of API integrations with CRM, Financial Projects such as Microsoft AX etc. You should be able to work with coding standards. All the works should be done on the testing server and later it should be migrated to the production server. ( YOu can also do it in local and show the changes via TeamViewer and then can be migrated to live server. ) Should be willing to communicate via external platforms. If you have read everything, in your proposal write " expert". So i will understand that you read and agreed to my conditions.
