Hi, Your requirements are quite clear and straightforward to implement. The responder will have 2 components; one is dealing with email and the other is responsible for getting email address from Linkedin. For getting the email address we'll need to utilize a browser emulator which'll login to your account and get the connects' email address. If this script is intended to be used by several people at the same time this might pose a problem in terms of resource usage. The reason is we'll drive a full blown browser, e.g Chrome, Firefox, to get a single email address. For email component if you don't need gmail API for a specific reason we don't need it. Gmail supports imap/smtp and that's all we need. However, I couldn't understand from the screenshot how exactly you reply to that invitation notification email yet at the same time sending it to the connects' email. Is the subject simply copied as "Re: See Sean's conn.." for the new email or is it a forward or something entirely different? If you can shed some light on this that'd be great. I've worked on both gmail and linkedin; used gmail for a similar notification system and developed a chrome extension on LinkedIn to parse profiles for a head hunter company. If you don't have a specific preference for language I'll use python and expect it to be ready within 5 days at most. Thanks Aydin

Hi there. If you want to collect person's Email, firstly you need to be connected with him/her, otherwise, you can't collect the email using LinkedIn API, you must do the dirty work (scrapping). Just need to state that. What is/would be the "original LinkedIn connection message"? I need some explaining of that term. Will the video be hosted somewhere, or everytime reuploaded for a new user that the message is sent to? What language would you like to use? Python is generally used for scripting and is easy to understand/manage by any person. Also, when do you plan to start this project and when is the deadline?
