Lead or Enquiry Management for real estate consultant

Looking for lead/inquiry management application or website in php. In the system, There will be Options to add Projects with their details. And when inquiry comes for that project it will be added into system. Second step is, assign that lead to telecaller, telecaller will have dashboard with different status. Once follow up done, telecaller will update the status such as, in process/closed/wrong requirement with details to it. It will again show to manager with status of telecaller. Next follow up dates will be shown to telecaller on every login. Monthly lead reports, All inquiry / Visited clients / Converted clients will be shown in reports. There will be option to send project details to customer /Enquirer from system. All tasks should be recorded and updated to manager with internal notifications and emails. This will be having small android app connected, so daily follow ups push notification can be sent to telecallers and managers. Also there will be one more option required, this app will be hosted on different servers, so will be generating api key for this and the date from date to end, so will be adding domain / ip into main hosting, will generate key and provide them. while setup if the key is not added app will not install, also if the date is not matching as per main host this will stop working and message will be shown.
