We need to develop a website that looks like WPJobus wordpress theme([login to view URL]). This theme is very close to what we need to do. Thats not mean we want the site to be from wordpress! 1)User has a profile dashboard with his bio,skills,experience etc (like Linkedin,WPJobus). 2)He can add companies to his profile and everyone can see his companies. 3)From his profile dashboard he can edit his companies and his normal profile too(Bio,skills etc). 4)Every user can search for companies and search for a job too. 5)Every user can apply to a job. 6)Every user can add a job if he has a [login to view URL] job that user add must be related with one of his companies from his profile. 7)There is a page to search companies with filters. 8)There is a page to search users with filters(to check bio). 9)Job alert,Applied jobs,Shortlisted jobs,Manage Jobs and Resumes are features that page must have too. We need to know what program languages you gona use (for example: nodejs html css javascript) or program. A nice design for our website is necessary too.

This theme is already developed so it can't be used if you want your portal in different platform. It is developed in WordPress, you can use it with this platform with newly fresh design which i can incorporate into it. If you want portal in different platform, you may need it to get created from scratch and that would be costly and time taken as well. If this advice works best for you, we can discuss more in chat.
