Implement consultation form feature integrated with WooCommerce and Gravity Forms

Our previous site is built on Magento and has product consultation forms that look like this [login to view URL], which we'd like to replicate on our new WordPress site. Users are redirected to this form from the individual product page and once submitted the product is then added to their cart. You can test out the consultation forms here [login to view URL] Main requested features: 1) Create a new Gravity Form field named Select Button Gravity Forms is the underlying form builder we've chosen for this project (which you'll gain access to if selected). We want a new field that looks like this [login to view URL] which will require a few customisable field options e.g. custom buttons which work like radio buttons, custom colour when highlighted, displays a box below when button clicked which has either a tick or a cross, a custom colour background and text message. Also needs the ability to select one or more of the choices as 'Incorrect' - if Incorrect then not only does it display an X and message below, but the form is also unable to be submitted. 2) Custom styling of the form so it looks like the example consultation form Gravity Forms Styler [login to view URL] is our underlying Gravity Forms styling plugin as it allows us to select which forms use this customised form style, rather than it be the default for all our Gravity Forms. In order to replicate the look of the consultation form you should save a new Gravity Forms Style which we can apply to all relevant forms. You may need to add in new fields to create the required design changes. 3) Start Consultation feature This will allow replacing the 'Add to Cart' button with a 'Start Consultation' button (like this [login to view URL]), which redirects the user to a page with a custom Gravity Form, which when submitted will add the product to the cart. A link to the completed form should be added to the user's WooCommerce Order. Should be a new column like Invoice with a direct link to the form, as well as possibly an 'Action' button also [login to view URL] Clicking on an individual order should also show the link to the submitted Consultation form in a box just like Invoice Details here [login to view URL] You're welcome to use the WooCommerce PDF Invoices plugin in order to develop this feature and will be sent it if selected for this project. Turning on the 'Start Consultation' button should be available as a new box on every Admin Product page (e.g. between these two boxes [login to view URL]) and allow choosing the URLto redirect to, as well as a few fields for editing the design of the button e.g. text, background colour. --- #1 and #3 should be separate WordPress plugins and #2 should be either customised version of Gravity Forms Styler or a style within Gravity Forms Styler.
