General assessment website with User accounts

1. User registration a. Full name b. Company Name c. Email address d. Phone number 2. User email verification 3. Once account verified, can get into assessment 4. Assessment is adaptive in nature, means the current question’s answer decides the next question. 5. There are around 200 questions of which only relevant questions would be presented one after another depending on the answers. 6. The questions would have scoring, and the total score would be displayed at the end of the assessment. 7. Users have option to save the assessment and continue later to complete. Also, should be able to see the list of assessments with completed as well as in progress assessments. 8. Once the assessment finishes, need an option to email the test result in pdf format to the participant as well as to the admin/designated email. 9. Google captcha is a must throughout.
