I need someone to fix a slider on my WordPress theme. For this, I would like a custom field to be implemented so that I can add custom text below the title. At the moment, the slider picks up the first paragraph of the post and displays shortcodes. I do not want this, I want to be able to place custom text within the slider. Please see the attached image. I have highlighted the area where the custom text needs to be. I will provide access to the theme files.
