Fix HTML, DB,SSL Issues

The green bar ssl in home page appear and after 3 seconds disappear. please fix it. i think it is mixed content 2. fix Register validation js for duplicate in username and email fields. Coding and check for duplicate already happen but not force form to fix. I have also added the script that put notification for duplicate check but it is not working together. right now it show in red when the username or email exist and also check for empty fields but i need it to show errors and force register form to notify user. i have two forms in this page: [login to view URL] one check empty fields and second check is username and email exist. I need one form to do both in one form to be and to be connected to DB 3. Mobile css fix width for dashboard page ([login to view URL]) 4. Admin of dashboard working but not well with ability to manage users and their coins amount in table from DB with fast change coins amount and sum of users and sum of coins granted to users 5. In home page I need to show total coins granted to users from DB where the section of coins granted from the total calculation with %. (take the column coin from DB and sum it and give result) also i need to show how in home page main banner many clents registers for GPNCOIN.
