Fix error in custom grabber script for Wordpress+WooCommerce

I have a custom grabber script for Wordpress + WooCommerce that was made for my website 1 year ago. This script has been working for a very long time without issues, and recently it shows an error when I run it. It needs to be fixed ASAP. I'm looking for someone who can fix it. About the script: It's a grabber script that synchronizes the stock quantity of all the products on our website from an external website. The value 21816 and 37150 is actually grabbed from an external website: [login to view URL] This is the main purpose of the script. The script allows me to define the URL of the external link in the WooCommerce back-end And once I run the script, it automatically syncs the stock information of all products. all the products on our WooCommerce grabs the stock quantity information from the external URL.
