I have a PHP embeddable form (a form with multiple steps/pages) that I would like to put into a page on my Wordpress Site. I have tried but Wordpress is redirecting me to the homepage instead of forwarding me to the next page of the form, when I click continue. I believe it has something to do with the form including variables in the URL string, which Wordpress is not permitting. I have an example of the form embedded in a simple PHP page, so you can see that it does work normally and how it works.
