Efficient way to create eBay Description HTML

hi... we can come up with the web application with fields, where you can enter the values which should go to template. Also we can have image upload option in it. Image will upload to the server and pick the server path ( for this we have to code some coding at server side also ). Then we will place all the values ( which you have filled ) and the image path in to the template and will give an output where you can just copy the output and place it at eBay.
