Dokan-based website customization

I have a multivendor website based on dokan, wordpress and woocommerce. The design is very boring, I am reluctant to do the marketing without a more advanced, feature rich and modern look. I will go step-by-step doing the site fully at the end with a good, hard-working, skilled freelancer with SOUND COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH. I highlight excellent communication in English because I have had lot of difficulties with previous freelancers explaining the same thing over and over which is very hard to do. I like the front page layout and structure of aliexpress which is very much graphical and dynamic. I will need some additional features like a video line that displays product videos by differnt sellers. I will need a similar front page design that could be applied for individual store front pages. Best example is aliexpress again. Please check their individual store layouts. If you do these good, more projects will come as we go. I have not made any income with the site so far, just been paying for hosting and domain for years now. Want to entertain sellers to join so I want website front page and individual store front page quickly designed following aliexpress layouts. Please stick to the bid amount when it comes to payments. We can change the amount slightly but not in a great deal as this is a startup and not making any income. I need honest people.
