Fix Dropdown in Chamilo 1.9.10 (e-learning) We have an adapted version of Chamilo 1.9.10 e-learning website. The original software does not include the “tutor” role. The programmer who installed the software created that role, so a “Session/Group” should have 3 types of users “tutor (one for session, teacher (one or more for session, they can be also tutor) and students”. Tutor: It’s a teacher that it is also named as “tutor” of one session Session: It’s the way Chamilo names the “groups of students that do the same course in the same period of time” (yes, the rest of the world we call it group) We think the programmer made a mistake in the dropdown php with the options to send internal messages between tutors, teachers and students (entire session, teachers, students). So the combination should be: Student to entire session (tutor, teachers, and students) (Now OK) Student to teachers (Wrong, now it sends to tutor) Students to tutor (New option) Student to students (Wrong, now it sends to tutor, teachers and students) Teacher to entire session (tutor, teachers, and students) (Wrong, the list does not show the Sessions he is registered) Teacher to teachers (Now Ok)) Teacher to tutor (New option) Teacher to students (Wrong, the list does not show the students of the Sessions he is registered) Tutor to entire session (tutor, teachers, and students) (Now Ok) Tutor to teachers (Now Ok) Tutor to tutors (New option, like teachers, but that are also tutor) Tutor to students (Now Ok) We need a serious and affordable programmer to make this little fix. Our final client will need soon to update this website and a related videoconference server to newer versions, so we search for a long term relationship to maintain an update these servers and applications.
