Customize a Wordpress theme design

I want to customize a Wordpress Theme. The theme is freelancer engine: [login to view URL] Here you can download the theme to install in wordpress: [login to view URL]!48VDULAb!FUovd0RSUqP98LOSB_9XDObFBDT3UxXBMtwxP-opLNY As it's now, it's designed to be a freelancer portal, but I want to change it to become a shared shipping portal, let me explain: User A is travelling to city X and has empty space in their car. User A publish in the site telling that he's travelling with empty space at some specific date and hour to city X. User B want to send a package and contacts user A, they deal via PM, and user B sends the money offline (Bank transfer) to the bank account of the site. Once the shipment is done, Admin release the escrow and a review from both sides is issued. As you can see, there is much similarity between a freelancer job and shipping job(as explained) is done. The current theme already has developed much of the needed features, but others are missing. Specifically, these are missing: 1. The shipper(user A) must be able to set a estimated time and exact date when publishing the job. After the hour has passed, the job must be automatically be expired. 2. The shipper(user A) should be able to choose from a menu while posting the job from which city to which city is travelling. 3. The user who hires (user B), must be able to inform to Admin that the job is done or not, to release escrow or not and leave feedback. 4. The user who hires(user B) must be able to inform to Admin that he did the payment by uploading a image of the receipt from his account, Admin should be able to mark it as verified, and inform to the shipper (user A) that the payment has been done and can proceed. 5. All other settings (text fields) not relevant to the shipping job must be deleted, for example Paypal Account (All payments are offline via wire transfer). 6. User who hires (user B) should have a record in his account of all the previous hired jobs and also the shipper (user A).
