The software must be able to do the following: Employee must be able to enter the following data: ***CLIENT DETAILS SCREEN*** Company Name , Contact Person , Email address , Telephone number , Printer Make & Model (must be able to enter up to five) , Last Toner order date , Sales Rep , Record Call Log history with comments , Set next call alarm to call customer back in the future. => OK 4. ****PRINTER/TONER MAPPING**** This screen must allow us to input a long list of printers together with the toners and carrtridges that is compatible with each printer. => OK 5. *****REPORTS****** GENERAL REPORT , The software must be able to print out the following report in PDF format: ,Top 5 Most popular printer , Top 10 most popular toners & printers , A list which shows Number of customers who use each type of cartridge or toner. => OK, do you want to print on A4 size paper with 1 inch margin each side. 6. ******CUSTOMER REPORT****** This report must list each printer that the customer u
