Each XML file is pretty involved with quite a lot of fields. One rule with software development is there will always be bugs, so whatever you think takes 1 hour takes another to test and another to fix the inadvertent bugs or oversights. There are 3 xml files, which is some bit of work. Then there's reading it out from MySQL, and breaking up the CSV into MySQL in the first place including rules for combining order lines.... I think I bid a fair amount for a real solution - I don't mess around, check my completion %. Hope to hear good news from you soon.

Thank you, thank you for writing such clear instructions! You have really detailed the project very well and so it is a very good project to bid on. Handling file uploads with CSV, storing them, converting them to data, saving to MySQL will be no trouble at all. Equally, creating the XML from the DB with the logic you have given will be straight forward and actually quite fun to do, as with creating the report that gives the option to download the files. I just need to try to convince you to choose me. What can I say? I have ten years of experience with PHP/MySQL working mostly full-time for a yacht charter company and on my own projects in my spare time. I have built real-time dice-games/chat using PHP/AJAX, image manipulation/processing, content editors, scheduled invoice creation/emailing PDF brochures on-the-fly, scheduled exporting of CSV files, web scraping, etc etc. One question - will this system fit into a staff system that you already have on the web, with secure login already built or will it need that added? Hi, Before everything, I think you should provide some information related to database structure (I think other freelancers already ask you this). Some info should be stored for sure in the database (for example if a xml file was downloaded or not), so we should validate the database first.
