I want the program to look like this: 1. A website that allows users to create accounts and purchase the right to a survey. 2. The survey program will need to generate a report after the survey is complete. 3. After the first survey is complete a second survey will go into more detail on questions they failed to pass during the first survey. 4. Both the survey taker and the website admin should have access to both of these so that the website can consult on the survey takers answers. 5. The second survey should also generate a report available to both the user and website staff.
