To create Google apps scripts

Hi we need to share and synchronize our contacts between groups of our employees inside GSuite domain. Employees should have different access rights to each contact: no access, only read or write. In the same time we need to restrict our employees from exporting and printing contacts ("printscreen" is an exception to the rule). As we can see the source of contacts should be a Google Sheet(s) (with restricted access) or list of not shared External Contacts of one Google user (for example, domain administrator). Displaying of information, its addition, modification and deletion should have an easy-to-use graphical user interface. Every string of code must have a comment.
