Building a Website -- 3

I am looking for a building/ designer for a website That has the following features - Registration Feature to submit customer details ( Name, email, contact information). - Feilds to submit the product or the item url link ( Mainly from Instagram: if Instagram URL submitted then it should retrieve the URL Picture) - Under the Retrieved picture the customer should enter the details about the item he wants to order. - If the customer has no product url, he can upload the photo of the item he wants. - he can submit more than One item url or picture. - after submitting the requirements, the customer should receive a confirmation email. - he also can track his order online from the URL he is going to receive by his email or by entering his mobile #. - The admin should have the option to send the customer a quotation that includes the total cost of the item ( Item+shipping+ tax...etc) - The Page sent to the customer should include a link to the payment gateway ( paypal) so the customer can make the payment if any. - after completing the payment, the customer should receive a confirmation email about the payment and the start of processing the order. - admin can update all the processing steps in the website so the customer can track his order.
