Building Dialogflow intergrate to Odoo 11 system

Hi... we had already integrated Odoo with Dialogflow for CRM module. When mail is sent to customers from CRM module and customers reply back with general queries the queries are handled by dialogflow engine and automated emails are sent to customers so as to reduce the work for sales guys.
