Build a PHP code to check emails using IMAP

I have email and password. Now I need a PHP code to fetch messages of that email using IMAP. My emails are mostly Outlook. That tool will use parameter in URL to POST or GET the email and password. E.g: [login to view URL]@outlook.com&password=123456 Then the output will show me the last 10 or 20 (this number should be changeable) subject messages, including read and unread emails. When I click to a message, it will show the content of that email. I prefer the PHP as plain as possible. Since I need to edit them in the future and my PHP skill is weak. My budget is $50ish
