We want to have an online property valuation system built. The landing page should be a lead generation tool for our real estate company. A client needs to be able to search for their property, get some basic information about the suburb they live in and then have two options. 1st option is for them to download a custom property report. This report should have information about the value of their property and other properties that have sold in the area. The second option is for a client to book an appointment with one of our 140 offices. The client should be able to select an office that is close to the property they enquired on and they should be able to book a date and time for one of the agents in that office to go and see them. Once the appointment has been booked, the client and the office should be notified by SMS and Email on a regular basis. The information about the property would be obtained from a separate API: [login to view URL] We need to be able to draw reports of all the people that have engaged with the website.
